- The Texas Banded Gecko is located in southwestern. Texas, parts of New Mexico and Mexico along the Rio Grande River Valley. Texas Banded Gecko feeds on spiders and insects. Its small size average length is 4 - 4.8 inches. The female Texas Banded Gecko will lay 1 - 2 oval white eggs per year. And i heard Prophet Mohammad said this animal should be killed when you see it. I think in Thailand they eat Texas Banded Gecko.
